Grupa Azoty is set to produce its new multi-component fertilizer – POLIFOSKA Multi S – a product containing 23% sulfur at its Police facilities. This launch marks the latest addition to our fertilizer portfolio, joining the likes of megAN (a high-granule ammonium nitrate fertilizer), RSM OPTIMA (a nitrate-urea solution with a distinctive light blue color for easy product origin identification), and eNpluS (an ammonium fertilizer enriched with sulfur and calcium), whose production commenced in recent months within Grupa Azoty.

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. has confirmed the composition of the Management Board for its upcoming 13^th term, effective January 1, 2025. The lineup remains unchanged, except for the Employee-Elected Board Member, who will be appointed following a planned election process.

The agreement to be signed between Grupa Azoty S.A. and all companies within its Capital Group strengthens and standardizes the principles of cooperation on areas such as integration processes, joint project management, restructuring, cost optimization, and information exchange. The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. has resolved to approve the signing of this integration agreement, initiating the process of formalizing the document between Grupa Azoty S.A. and each of its affiliated companies.

This initiative stems from ongoing efforts toward restructuring and transforming the Group into a cohesive, cost-effective entity with a strong position in the European fertilizers, plastics, and OXO product markets.

The 7^th edition of the "We Care for Polish Soil" lottery, held under the slogan "The Best for the Best," has concluded. Anyone who made a single purchase of Grupa Azoty fertilizers worth at least PLN 1,000 gross between February 1 and April 30 was eligible to participate. This year's grand prize, a John Deere 5090M tractor, was awarded to Mr. Adam from the Lublin province, who purchased Pulan fertilizer for almost PLN 2,000 gross on the winning receipt.

Grupa Azoty has completed its agreements in the Agro sector for the 2024/2025 season, signing a total of 66 contracts with its authorized distribution network for the domestic market. Internationally, a significant portion of sales is based on short-term agreements, while some cooperation is carried out under framework agreements.
