(formerly: KiZCHS Siarkopol S.A. of Grzybów) is now the only active sulphur mining company in Poland and the world. With exports accounting for approximately 80% of its annual sales, it is also among the Kielce province's top exporters.

All products meet applicable international quality standards and requirements.On November 21st 2013, Grupa Azoty S.A. and the Polish State Treasury executed a share purchase agreement under which Grupa Azoty S.A. purchased 4,675,000 shares in KiZCHS Siarkopol S.A. of Grzybów, representing 85% of the Company's share capital. Following the transaction, the Company became a part of Grupa Azoty S.A.
